Weight Loss
Weight loss is the medical term is the reduction of body mass due to loss of body fat, lean mass like muscle, tendon. It may be due to an underlying disease or can arise from a conscious effort to improve an actual or perceived overweight or obese state. Intentional weight loss refers to the loss of body mass to improve fitness and health, and to change appearance. Therapeutic weight loss can decrease the likelihood of developing diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, and diabities.
Weight Loss tips:
- To reduce weight, select a balancing diet which help to lose some of your weight.
- Eat fruits and vegetables every day.
- Never skip meals.
- Do regular exercise and keep fit.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat when you feel hungry only.
- Don't be too strict to your weight loss treatment.
